TOKYO --- London based Ian Stevenson is currently showing at the Tokyo Paul Smith Space Gallery ~ Graffiti-like works are highly appraised for their sarcastic humour. From snapshots to coffee cups, and even discarded objects such as cardboard boxes or a buliding wall could turn into art when falling into Ian's hands. The show runs through June 15th.
Ian was born in Leicester in 1977 and studied at Camberwell College of Art, London. Exhibitions include shows at such prestigious venues as ICA, Tate Modern and The Royal College of Art. He has exhibited in over 80 international shows and had numerous solo shows since his first 'I Like Drawing' in 2005.
