Did you care too much when the "17 Reasons Why" sign came down from the top of
the building? I guess I didn't cause I've never lived in the Mission, but I'm
there all the time. But at the end of the day, in it's place, is a giant
advertisement for shit you don't need and it cheapens your quality of life to
look at it. I say burn it down. The ad, not the gallery! Mission 17 is a great
space on the fourth floor of the building (which also houses the Michelle
O'Conner Gallery) and they have put on fantastic shows in the last year,
noteably Tucker Nichols' "Together We Can Prevent Earthquakes".
