During an early Open Studio visit (or probably just lurking) I thought the Cell Space was.. not for me. Huh. Turns out: I did a mural outside at one point, my buddy set up ramps in there for skateboading every Saturday, I curated an artshow there.. etc. A few examples of what you can accomplish by walking in; every kind of activity imaginable. While your there, take a walk to the backside of the building where you'll find the Mission Village- a building coved with amazing murals from some of the best in town. (Disclaimer: ahh nevermind.)
